Talk Less And Listen More
Fundamentally most Indians have one common problem and that is we talk way too much. Because of this we often neglect the party we are conversing with and in the end it ends up being a one sided conversation. And instead of discussing their problems we often end up complaining to them our own problems.

I am going to be honest here; I am also guilty of such theatrics. Things have to change because I love conversations. There is so much we can learn from each other and the only way I am going to get there is for me to open my ears and listen to what the others have to say before speaking up. But there are exceptions to the rule; I simply will not listen to critics and stupid people.

Target = Shut up and listen to others first before opening me mouth
