04. New Year’s Resolutions

Get My Driver’s License
I want to get my driver’s license before I finish my national service. The reason why I been putting this off is because I was saving money to pay for my own driver’s license. I simply do not want my dad to fund my driver’s license.

My dad has spent a lot of money for the family and being fully aware of my family’s financial situation I really don’t have the heart to let my dad pay for my expenses. I would rather starve then tell my dad I need money to eat. Not that I starve now, I used too. Probably the only good thing that has happen since I went to the army is that I get to eat free food.

Anyhow all I have to do now is to enroll into a driving school and start my practical lessons. I think am going to enroll at Bukit Batok Driving Centre on the first weekend of the New Year so that I won’t be able to give myself anymore excuses.

Target = Get driving license before 17 Oct 2006 (ORD day)
