Christmas Greetings

It’s seems only like yesterday, when I posted my Christmas greeting last year. Time files when you are not keeping track of it.

This year Christmas was rather special. Firstly my father brought home a Christmas tree from his workplace and we decorated it together, I was actually surprised on how well the tree looked given that it was our first time doing this sort of thing,

Secondly my relatives decided to celebrate Christmas at my home. They ate, drank wine, danced, played games, exchanged gifts and had a wonderful time here.

I was even shocked when I saw my dad danced with my aunt for a while. I never seen my dad dance before and seeing him dance really gave me an impression that my father was finally starting to enjoy himself.

Funny thing was I being the so call 'Next Generation' didn’t dance nor even drink. I was either snapping pictures or playing DJ for the whole night.

I guess it can’t be helped. I am just not into this sort of things. Some of my friends actually have the impression that I am a very uptight person. Even worse my relatives think I am a computer nerd and I don’t know how to enjoy myself.

Well I can’t change people’s perception of me; they just don’t know about me. Heck even I don’t even understand myself. All I do is to follow my heart and do whatever that comes to my mind. It’s as simple as that.

The only bothersome thing is that I can’t meet my best friend for Christmas today. I was really looking forward to it. Not that blame her of course, she always so busy. That only goes to show how much of a demand she really is. Thank god I don’t have so many commitments. But hey, if we don’t get to meet today that only means the next time we see each other we will have more to talk about.

Anyhow before I forgot the intended purpose of this post, I want to wish you my readers and to the entire world the Merriest of Christmas'.

And for a Christmas gift, I wrote a short story for you guys and gals. It’s called ‘Santa was’. It was inspired upon reading a short 100 word essay by Neil Gaiman (Literature's Rock God). I hope you folks will enjoy it as much as I enjoy writing it for you.

So till my next post ya, its bye from Ganz.
