The Count That Was

One year ago on this faithful day, I added a counter to track the number of people who visit my blog. The number now stands at around 7600. It means that on an average Blog De Ganz serves around 20 people daily.

Yes folks a staggering 20 people come and visit my blog on a regular basis. Half of whom by the way I guess are people I know. And since the conception of this blog only my dearest friend Michelle keeps living evidence of her visits.

Thank Mitch for all your comments. For without these small acknowledgements, I probably would have been questioning myself on the reason why I still continue to blog. Besides Michelle; Latiff, Mathi and Kailun also frequent the comments section. I also had foreign visits too. Kudos to the internet, it is indeed the greatest wonder of the 20th century.

To tell you frankly blogging is one of most fulfilling things I have done. It just an awesome avenue where I can write and post about anything I like although there are some things that are too personal that I will never allow you as my readers to know. And those little private thoughts are hidden away in my manly diary. Yes it’s a manly diary not those cute diary you pretty gals keep.

On to the issue of Ganz getting a dSLR camera, I managed to convince my dear old dad into getting me a camera. If everything goes according to plan, I could buy the dSLR during the IT show in March.

Right now, I have short listed four cameras, the Nikon D50, the Canon EOS 350D, the Olympus E500 and the Pentax*ist DS.

Different people prefer different cameras and for me I find the Nikon D50 the most appealing among the four because of its price.
