Miss Valentine

Seven. Yes seven was the number of women I asked out for a date on Valentine’s Day.

And would you believe it I got turned down all seven times.

I seriously do not know what’s wrong with women today. Hey I only asked for a simple dinner that’s all. It’s not like I was going to bed them or anything. God.

Two years and I haven’t had a date. I have made a lot of sacrifices for my national service and would have loved to have a private dinner. Sometimes I wonder why I am even doing my national service when nobody even gives a damn.

When I took the initiative to ask them, they all pretty much say the same thing, I want to spent time with my other friends or I am so busy, another time perhaps or Ganz I am sorry I am going out with someone else now.

I don’t make it a habit of turning down people. But hey I understand, you women got better things to do then to hang out with poor Ganz. Well all you gals had your chance. When Ganz becomes exclusive property don’t come running to me.

But if Ganz were to remain as the lonely lion as he is now, know that he is a very forgiving person and will take you in his arms.

Well there’s always next year. And the year after that, and the year after that. And…. never mind you get the picture.
