Mocha with Michelle

Went to BBDC for the last two theory lessons. Was such a bore. I guess people today need to be educated about common sense. Sigh it’s a god damn waste of money. But as they say nothing ever goes to waste.

After my lessons, I met Michelle at Causeway Point. God everytime I see her she looks slimmer and I presume fitter too. Charming, needless to say. But it's really strange to see a young woman 3 quarters of my size carry a bag so huge only the abominable snowman would be proud of.

Anyway we went to the library and bought ourselves coffee. Ice Mocha. Been a while too. I haven’t had coffee since Christmas last year because my mum was making a huge fuss that drinking coffee was bad for my health. I do not know who gave her that idea, but as far as I know I never knew of anyone getting sick over coffee.

We sat down and talked. Caught up on old times, share our dreams and I nearly choked on a potato wedge. When I nearly choked I started to talk funny and she was sensing it but I stayed cool as a cucumber. Man I love cucumbers especially when they are served with yogurt.

Later on She shown me her camera and the pictures she took. I must say the camera looks great almost tempting me into photography.

But that wouldn’t be justice. I respect true photographers because like she said any Tom, Dick and Harry can afford one of those cameras these days. But only in the hands of a competent user can the camera truly capture the moment. And only a handful of people I know have such a magnificent ability.

To be honest, Michelle if you keep shooting, believing, minus the drinking, sooner rather than later, I would need to buy tickets for your exhibitions. Wait just a minute, I not paying to enter your exhibitions, I will demand free tickets and maybe even a backstage pass.

When the wedges finally disappeared into the gallows of our stomachs; it was time to leave. We said our goodbyes and part ways.

As I am typing this blog entry I see her online on my MSN. The time is 3.30am. Any sensible woman should be in bed but like she said, there’s doing or not doing.

Well all I can say to that is ‘Success goes to those who never gave up.’

So till my next post ya, its bye from Ganz.
