Strange

I couldn’t convince myself.

Yesterday after work, I showered and went straight to bed. I woke up at 10.30am today with my head spinning like a yoyo.

I slowly made my way to the bathroom where after closing the door, I collapsed on the floor because I was feeling so weak. It was probably due to the fact that I haven’t eaten in more than 35 hours and was having a fever.

Eventually I managed to gather my strength and shower. After my shower, I lay in bed for another half hour before making my way to see the doctor. Luckily my brother accompanied me to see the doctor.

The doctor told me to rest and gave me two days mc. I got home, had my lunch and medication. I soon fell asleep.

I woke up close to 6pm and proceeded to check my emails. Some of my friends saw that I was online and wished me a speedy recovery. Thank you guys.

I just weighed myself and realized that I lost 1.5kg since I had my fever. Here I was spending my time and effort exercising and trying to lose weight when all it took was to fall sick and let nature run its course.

Strange… But the strangest part of the whole ordeal is the fact that I keep waking up ever so often because I couldn’t convince myself which Aperture and ISO I was to shoot in with my new camera. I even woke up once because I couldn’t decide which format (TIFF or JPEG) I was to render in Maya.

And from that moment on I knew, I had lost it.
