My Favourite Bookmark

Concerning those inspirational words on my bookmark.

I went and checked. Opened Latiff’s “The Amber Spyglass” book, and found my favourite bookmark. For a moment there I thought I lost it.

It does not particularly have any fancy design on it but the important stuff; the words on it allow me to survive rainy cheerless Singapore more easily.

Someday I will be in a country with snow and cheers. Till then these words will have to do.

You are the director of your life’s scenarios. You are the one who must bring about the results and outcomes you desire in life. Nobody else can do that for you.

The book, The Amber Spyglass, is interesting, a bit creepy, somewhat reassuring, but always enjoyable. Gods are bias beings. Just take a look at Latiff’s ability to pick out great books. It’s just isn’t fair.
