A DALLIANCE IN KUALA LUMPUR

In which the author got lazy to blog about his little trip to the city of tourist prices.

I have been busy. I have been busy woolgathering. Busy thinking about stories I want to tell. Now this is the excuse I give for not wanting to blog about my holiday. Besides my friend, Hong Kiat, has taken the time to blog about the trip we had. All I need to do now is to provide you folks with the links. So here are the Links.

Day 1 – Departure, Arrival, Old Railway, Jalan Petaling
Day 2 – Twin towers, KL Towers, Time Square and Jalan Alor
Day 3 – Batu Caves, National Museum, Planetarium, Central Market
Day 4 – KL Sentral, Journey Home

The Real Truth of Kuala Lumpur, Capital City of Malaysia
She has cut-throat tourist prices for all her man made attractions, her taxi drivers are a shameless bunch, her traffic laws seems non-existent to her general public, her deceivingly cheap travel lodges live off the unfamiliarity of her visiting aliens milking them of their money but most importantly she is just like any other modern city, big, very noisy and in her own metropolitan way, beautiful.

A Group Picture We Just Had to Take
You know how it is with people. Every new place we visit we often want a group picture as evidence to show to someone at some point in the future that we weren’t bluffing them and also to remember how our friends (we) actually looked like in their (our) yesteryears. This picture is kinda like that.

If you can’t recognize me, I am the guy on the extreme right of the photograph, the one with the bad pose and hairstyle showing off the fact that I do indeed brush my teeth three times daily.

So till my next post ya, its bye from Ganz.
